Absolute Waste of Time. My friend wanted help setting up the walking app. We asked the lady assistant for help with this. We were told we don't do apps, You can do it yourself, We sell phones.Sorry but Three is not Good.

I upgraded my phone online, and received it by post.I needed some help transferring numbers, apps, photos etc, from my old phone to my new one, and changing the SIM over.One of the lovely young ladies, spent a long time, helping me do this, and because it took about one hour, she put the phone in the back room, while I did some shopping, she was so politefriendly and helpful, sadly I don't know her name, but I would like to thank her for her kindness help and time THANKYOU!one hourdo the transfer

Not sure if I can even give them one star. Staff are so rude and extremely unhelpful, their answers to everything are always so passive aggressive. Where is the management? They all also look like they?ve been dragged out of bed.

I would like to thank the amazing, lovely Rebecca today at the 3 mobile phone shop in Stockport she is absolutely fabulous and a really asset to the company..I went there in despair this morning as Apple said my phone had to be replaced so I went in for an upgrade?An hour with Rebecca . Amazing , she downloaded something, installed it and found all my apps for me,,,? Absolutely amazing service. Lovely lady I am so impressed with her and the service..Thank you so so much Rebecca you have made my Christmas ?..Thank you xxx Sheila

It was a great Experience there at Three . i was there for contract sim. the CSR agent Named shane guide me properly with everything i need . i got 2 sims instead of one . along solving my issue Shane was also guiding his new trainee colleague.Thanks shane for Such amazing service. ?

Useless staff - my wife and I have 3 contracts ending soon. Neither member of staff we talked with had any idea of the products on offer and certainly did not wish to retain us as customers. We did what management clearly wished, and we walked away ....

I called in to pickup a replacement sim card for a Broadband WiFi. Upon arriving I was greeted by the store manager, I assume he was the manager because he had a name badge stating manager. He was very polite and asked me what could he help me with, when I explained what I was here for he asked me for ID which I shown him then he went and got me the replacement sim card, he asked me for my current number which I gave him, he then activated the sim card there and then. Overall I was impressed with the customer service. Many thanks three.

Horrible experience in here, got no help what so ever, was lied to when taking out 2 mobile contracts, told a Samsung tablet was free of charge when signing the contract but in fact I'm being charged. Member of staff said he can't help because the person that dealt with me had left and he had lied to other customers too, absolutely disgracefull

Very poor service from Three not just this shop but their customer service in general and being fobbed off from emails, to Web chat to calling customer service ?, had issues since I moved to a contract with them.. managed to cancel my contract today and I'm moving to a new phone company. Would NOT recommend.
