Very rude dismissive staff. I want to check why I ended up paying monthly when she told me I did not pass the credit check. I went in a few weeks earlier to get a new mobile phone. She collected all my details and do some checks and told me I did not pass. So I went on my way but she ran after me handing a sim saying it was free. I took it thinking nothing of it. I was already using 3 so I went and buy a new phone elsewhere. I did not use the sim given to me. I then noticed a direct debit taken off my account. So I went to the shop in Stockport. She was so defensive and dismissive saying why did you take the sim? No inclination of offering me any solution as to how to deal with my problem. She made me wait for her colleague which offer no help either only being timid. They both don?t know how to deal with customer issue.

I went to the Three store today to return a broadband modem. There were only two staff members, both busy with customers. We waited for around 20 minutes, and during that time, no one acknowledged us or gave any indication of how long it would take.
Eventually, I approached one of the staff to ask if someone could help us, and she responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, saying ?It?s just the two of us, you?ll have to wait.? I told her I just wanted to return the item, and she said, again rudely, that I had to wait and that she didn?t even know what the item was.
It was clear that it would take them a long time with the ongoing customers, but the least they could have done was acknowledge our presence, explain the situation, or suggest coming back later. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful.
I have been a loyal Three customer for 12 years, and I was really disappointed by this experience. I expected better treatment and communication, especially after so many years with the company.

I was in the city center three store earlier and had a new contract issue, where the staff was unable to provide assistance after the sales. I just walked into Stockport's 3?She assisted me in finding out and solving my questions. She was very kind and I am very grateful for her help.

Twice I?ve been to the store due to not getting anywhere on the phone.
Twice Safiya has not only sorted out my issues but spent time and effort to resolve where me the customer got a brilliant resolve on both cases.
Amazing attention to detail and perfect manners and great to chat with.

Really bad staff, despite being a customer for three years I am really disappointed at the way I was treated today as an elderly person, I have not had such treatment anywhere in my life as today by a worker named Nora, who not just refused to provide me service but also insulted me and my wife. There was no such reason for her angry approach and rudeness towards me and my wife, Nora not just insulted us but also threw away the papers we brought to her for help, I am sad to say this seemed like an act of racism towards me and my wife because I can?t seem to understand any other reason to why Nora?d behaviour was like that, I hope this gets taken care of and Nora received the consequences of her acts because workers like her whom don?t know the values of the company ruin the whole company?s reputation. After todays disrespect, humiliation and threat received by Nora our expectations and trust for using three has really fallen drastically.

Horrible and disgusting experience by one of their female employees called ?Nora?, she refused to offer a service even thought I?ve been a paying customer for the past four years. She then proceeded to say ? get your hands together and beg me to do it or else I?m not doing it?, she had no experience handling customers and because of her rude behaviour she?s ruining the company?s image. I refuse to stay with three all due to her aggressive approach to this situation. Would never recommend joining Three and would never recommend going to that branch. Also would advise the company to get rid of staff such as ?Nora? because it?s people like her that are ruining Three?s image. Highly disappointed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, the most rude and disrespectful staff member called ?Nora? refused to offer a service to my parents and told my mum ? put your hands together and beg me to do it or else I?m not doing it? I?ve been a three customer for four years and this disgusting behaviour by one of their staff never ?Nora? has ultimate made me want to leave the company. 0/10 would NEVER recommend, the company should be more aware of the behaviour of their staff members or their just going to lose more customers.

Today was my second visit to this store this week & I really have to say that I was very satisfied with the service that I received. Bushra a trainee delivered excellent customer service ? Today?s visit was exceptional as she went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a product. Very professional service indeed. Thank you ?
