Unfortunately the atmosphere was spoilt by one family who's language was atrocious. I am not sure if staff heard it as they walked past. Food could be served a little bit hotter and I won't be adding roasted vegetables again as it was only two folks full

If you are ok with being told to "keep it down" by the crime of laughing and ok with intimidating bouncers who are aggressive at throwing out time then visit this do called British pub. Don't bother complaining to customer services as they will side with over zealous bouncers and bar you from the pub. We are not kids, nor rough women, just everyday folk aged 46-68, enjoying the life we have left. Avoid if you enjoy life

Go many times. Very long thin spoons. Either sit at the front to people watch or sit at the back, or in the beer garden on a nice day, nearer the toilets.
Large booths of varying sizes down the left (as you walk in) - great for groups. Loads of other size tables.
Usually order on the app, and always plenty of staff so never a great wait for food or drinks.
