We are a dealership. Booked in directly for a navigation system update, was charged £99, dropped it off all day for them to tell me that it requires an update! Exactly what I booked it in for? ridiculous

I dealt with Donna from start to finish, she was fantastic, efficient & very enthusiastic for a Saturday Morning! Despite only needing two front tyres I was sorted within the hour & had barely finished the coffee Donna provided.

The worst company to company to use for a lease hire, after sale is shocking, DO NOT GET AUTOCARE! This is a scam they will sell you but it covers nothing all they are intersted in is charging the customer, the customer service lady there is vile person, I definitely won?t be getting anything from this place again

I received an extremely poor service. My vehicle was booked in for an MOT and service. The vehicle was kept overnight. No courtesy car was made available despite me asking for one. The satellite navigation was not working and this was not fixed. I was told that this requires a software update which would take 2 days. I find it hard to believe that a software upgrade can take 2 days. However, if this is true it is a very strong reason for me not to ever consider an Audi in the future. I explained that the key fob battery was low. I was reassured that this would be changed but it was not changed. I was offered a complimentary car valet which I opted to take. However, on return the vehicle was not cleaned. I now need to book in for the satellite navigation to be fixed and I am advised that no slot is available until January where a courtesy car will be made available. The fact that the satellite navigation does not work after only 10000 miles covered is in itself disappointing.This is the worst service I have ever received from any car dealership. First experience of an Audi and most likely last.
