Trainers were marked at £60 but went to pay we were told they cost £65, but they insisted on charging £65 even though they were all marked as £60 needless to say they lost a sale.
YOUR LOSS MY GAIN !!!!!!
Bought similar trainers same make at a fraction of the price.

Awful experience today at the stockport branch. Bought a pair of walking sandals which was priced at 19.99 on display shoe but when staff member returned with my correct size it was priced at 16.99 on the box. Didn't think much of it as just thought it had been further reduced. Got to the till and it rang up as the first price 19.99. Till member of staff called her manager - I had guessed to over ride the price. The Assistant Manager Nicky came and looked at the box - proceeded to say ' this looks like someone has just put this sticker over the price as she attempted to peel it off to see what price was underneath - then looks at me and says this is not the correct price as someone has put this sticker over the correct price. I felt like she was implying that I had done that so I replied well I haven't done that - this is just the box your colleague gave me - at this point I was a bit upset at her attitude. I said to her so given that's the price advertised can I have it for that price - bearing in mind there was only £3 difference from original price. She replied no you can either buy for 19.99 or not. Just felt the way she dealt with this was so wrong and her implying that I would replace price stickers was a little upsetting especially as there was a queue of customers waiting. Lesson for you Nicky - you could have simply apologised explaining it was a staff pricing error and unfortunately we would still have to sell it for the correct price. Or even better still - you could have apologised for the error and just sold it for the price on the box. You would have lost £3 but have retained a customer for future purchases. Don't think I'll be buying from you store again. Poor poor customer service

Went to get waterproof boots and asked a young guy who works there if he could give advice because I boughtthere some otherboots previously that said waterproofand they weren't. The answer was that if it is written on the box, it must be waterproof and walk off, and so did i. Terrible

I'm a regular customer at the stockport branch & find that it has improved massively in recent years . Though the staff are generally really good the 2 Nic's stand out , pleasent , knowledgeable & very helpful.

All the staff avoid you, make you wait, rude, take the piss for no reason. The member of staff on footwear this morning was a joke your lucky I did not speak to your manager. Your staff need more training and more staff on footwear maybe with abit of sense and no attitude. I don't understand how these muppets expect to be paid for looking busy on the shop floor if you need help speak to a manager because the staff do not want to help you

Does anyone EVER answer the phone at the Stockport branch????Collected a click and collect order last week and although the lady that served me was very friendly and helpful she forgot to give me my £5 store voucher. I've been calling since Saturday morning and it just rings and rings. No email address and nothing when you search for customer services. Absolutely pathetic and undoing the decent experience until after collection.
