I can't recommend this opticians highly enough. I needed emergency treatment, basically walked in and was seen immediately by Nicola. Within an hour I was at the trauma eye clinic at Stepping Hill getting treatment. Without Nicola's care, speed and professionalism I wouldn't have made a full recovery. All the staff were brilliant and followed up with calls and emails to check how I was doing. I've since joined the monthly plan which is worth every penny and won't go anywhere else. xx

I have had Drviesafe lenses with my new spectacles prescription. This has made a big difference to driving at night. It seems that new cars have bigger and brighter headlights, often blinding you. The lenses have definitely dimmed them, making my journeys safer.

I have been a regular Client of Ridings for a number of years. The service which I have received from Nicola and her team of dedicated staff has always been excellent. I fully support local independent businesses rather then well known Opiticians with a National focus. Ridings can offer the most up to date technology and a huge range of spectacles to choose from. Our whole family has used Ridings Opticians for many years and we would highly recommend them. Both my children are short sighted and have been using MiSight contact lenses over the last couple of years to try to slow this down. This has been extremely successful with barely any change in prescription for either of them despite big changes in the past at each review. The experience of wearing the contact lenses is easy to get used to and in just a few days they were both able to put them in and take them out with ease. A very professional and friendly team of staff makes each visit a pleasure.

My daughter is short sighted and, after her latest eye test, was recommended to have special lenses to help maintain the quality of her eyesight. Every effort was made to get her the frames she wanted which were ordered in. She is now wearing the glasses happily and looks great. Hopefully the lenses will make a real difference too!
