Staff are childish and rude. Should be ashamed of themselves and grow up. Customer service is non existent in this place.

After the relocation, the store grew in size. But now 1/4 of the store is dedicated to clothes which is expensive for the quality it presents. Plus the toy/kids isle is almost non existent now. The store definitely grew in size, but seems to have less items in it with a lot of doubles

Called in to their new large store in Merseyway yesterday for tooth picks,it was very busy,tho the Qs @ the tills went down very quickly. Staff were really helpful, but a special mention to 'Shel', who was really smiley & helpful, when I asked about another item.

Poundland goods are OK. Problem is the staff !!! They are lazy , don't want to help you & have really bad attitude !!! We live nearby & tend to avoid the place .
