The free petpals sessions Pets at Home did over the summer holidays were fantastic. The staff had a great way with the kids and the sessions were very educational. The staff should be very proud of how well they did, which has encouraged me to buy more from here rather than Amazon.

Unfortunately I couldnt give less than a one star. Its impossible to get reptiles from here. IMPOSSIBLE. I got an orchid mantis and a frog from here without issues. I came here today to get another frog, WOULD NOT SELL ME IT even though I gave them pictures of the temperatures I have for the frog and was going to buy the relevant bits for the frog's vivarium. They give incorrect advice on hamsters- saying that dwarfs and robos can be paired together- which is completely untrue unless you're starting a fight club. The poor betta fish have tiny tanks with no enrichment.

The staff at the vets couldn?t be more helpful and supportive of someone I work with who brings their rag doll cat for treatment. Lauren is especially brilliant and goes above and beyond. I also visit here to buy supplies for our pet turtle and budgies.

Car park is always full, no matter what time of the day. Can be frustrating when your in a rush with your pet. Having to park so far away from the entrance and carry big bags of dog food with my daughter is a real pain. But the staff are always friendly and helpful. The vet team and reception staff are also friendly.
