I dropped and severely damaged my old phone in Manchester. The next day I visited 02 Store in Stockport as I have a contract with 02/Virgin. Excellent sensible advice about excess on insurance etc. I ended up buying a new phone at a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish I remembered the name of the person who served me. Customer service at its best. Such a delight!

If you're over 50 and anxious about phone upgrades, I really recommend o2 Stockport. Holly and Catherine were great, really helpful and patient without being patronising

Hi staff is so rude and time was open 2:35 but they open 2:43 they don?t care about people even I?m coming from far and in O2 Stockport Shop here one guy his name Daniel he been so rude so arrogant, never recommended to visit this store

Staff clearly don't want to help Daniel has a bad attitude won't be going again 02 you really need to re think your staff you have lost a customer of over 10 years. abrupt tone 1/12 hour wait they had 2 customers in! I DO NOT USE social media that's why I went into the shop disgusting when you can't talk to a normal person if my staff spoke to customers like this they would be gone!

I misplaced my phone and the staff at Stockport branch were able to assist me with barring it. There professionalism and knowledge of products was impressive. They was very helpful and polite.
