If you need anything extra from your bank, you better not count on this branch. Needed a few documents that I needed urgently and these guy would not do it. Went to a different branch and they did it for me in 5 minutes.

Long waiting time

We went into branch to close my late fathers account. We gave them all the relevant forms, certificates and authorisation. They lost them. We then did it again and they lost them. We are now having to complete the forms for a third time. Terrible.

What is actually the point if this branch being open!? Full time working people can only withdraw cash on Saturdays. This bank doesn't allow cash withdrawals on a Saturday. I've never heard anything more absurd!

I cannot thank two members of staff who were of great assistance being friendly,reassuring,and extremely helpful.I am hopeless remembering names,but the gentleman had worked for 42 years and the lady was the person who met you on arrival and she actually assisted me.Thank you both...a credit to the bank...And this why we need actual banks!!!!!

Website says bank is open on Saturdays until lunch. Went to make a withdrawal - was advised the counter wasn't open so couldn't make withdrawal. Why open at all if you don't supply the simplest of services. Staff also very unhelpful.
