Attended to make a large bank transfer.
Staff were very welcoming despite clearly being very busy, could not offer an appointment for another 2 hours but we're very helpful and reassuring (I don't make large transfers often so was nervous about it) and helped me at the cashier desk instead. Very efficient and sorted with no problems.

. I visited the Stockport branch on 21 June following an upsetting visit to my local branch in Marple. All the staff I spoke to in Stockport were lovely - they sensed I was upset and were kind and understanding and Kate helped me with my transaction which needed to be done on that day and I needed to be sure I was doing it correctly. It took about 5 or so minutes. Thank you Kate.I have to say that whenever I have visited the Stockport branch I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They certainly make members feel valued. I shall only be using the Stockport branch in future.

Called in for advice on opening a new account. The lady who we seen was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble (in the past we have tried several times in the manchester branch and could never get to see anyone) The stockport branch seems far better run than the manchester one. We will definitely be calling back here when we want more advice
