Walk in take away collection took over 50mins from order to collection on a £45 pound order at 5pm ish. Just not good enough. Too many deliveroo orders.

The loaded fries were a bargain and tasted great. Chicken was tender and well seasoned, and chips were fried perfectly. One of the best branches in the area. I highly recommend a visit ?

Tills were down so no cash orders and order though app/online only which you can't fault the staff for, however the restaurant was dirty, food all over the floor in the kitchen, cutlery was all filthy -picked up 5 knives with food still present before I decided to wash my own - mine and my partners food was delivered promptly but my meat substitute was lukewarm and only 2 little pieces in the wrap and mash had a set layer on it as it had been standing on the counter for that long. My partners peri fries also weren't fresh. No one asked us if the food was okay despite there only being about 5 tables and I had to flag down a server to ask them to warm up the food, which came back out a few minutes later, still only just warm on the inside but by that point I'd given up and just ate it because I was hungry. Really disappointing experience. Won't be going back

Excellent service. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It's a fairly small nandos and always busy but have been seated quite quickly if not straight away.
Kid-friendliness: It is child friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on an even surface no steps into the restaurant. They manage to accommodate for pushchairs so wheelchairs shouldn't be an issue

Came in and was seated at a table quite quickly. Food was ready not too long after we ordered and was great. Service from Pulok was amazing and he was quick at handling my collection order for food to go.

Tried the burgers for the first time, sunset burger and cheesy pickle burger , both seemed very similar and neither had pickle which they brought separately when asked.

In my most recent visit to this Nando?s, I found a table (not greeted) and ordered a double chicken wrap. It was not busy. The chicken was quite tough and I could not eat it. For the next three days I had diarrhoea and felt unwell. Not sure what the chefs are doing but I won?t be going again.

Staff constantly doing laps pretending to look busy, they do several laps round the island then mess at the cutlery station, rinse and repeat, just evading service. some have a foul attitude too especially a young dark haired girl. The food also smells like it?s cooked on a filthy grill. Collection service is chaos because of the evasive staff.
