Myself and my son went to the cafe after shopping for a quick bite and the guy behind the counter, Oscar, was super helpful and told me about all the deals as I had my son with me, ngl didn?t expect that kind of service from a supermarket cafe, ten out of ten to Oscar. ?

16.15 in the afternoon. Cafe nearly empty. I asked for an earl grey tea and she said we only do tetley . I said well tetley do an earl grey and she said well we dont. I then opted for a cold drink . I went to the dispenser and it wouldnt work so I asked about that and she said none of them work ??? I said ok it might be a good idea if you put a notice up. She said
you will just have to get a bottle with a really abrupt tone . I know Morrisons or the cafe wont be accountable for the poor customer service and I know I wont get a reply but making other customers aware .

I visited Morrisons Cheadle Heath today & unfortunately I had not got a pound to get a trolley. A young man from Morrisons named Zacchariah approached me & asked if he could help. I explained my situation, he immediately found me a trolley he was so pleasant & helpful it made my shopping experience. Thankyou Zaccharia.

Really good store, plenty of parking and nicely set out. There were two entrances. There were two beggars at the doors. One had a dog which made me use the alternative entrance. When going shopping I don?t Exocet to have the inconvenience of not going through the door I parked near too.

The food is good at the Morrisons cafe. However, not all of it is hot even though I asked for it to be hot. The staff at times are run off their feet.
