Been a patron of this store for many years to know how much in decline its fallen into. I'm not going to mention the staff except, the consistent morrisons home delivery staff. They block the isles at every opportunity. My main concern is the quality of the produce and the prices. Fruit & vegatables are bordering on sell by date. With many products unfit for consumption after a few days in the refrigerator. The meat section is by far the worse, since the updated fridges were installed. Rump steak is tough as old boots and thats being kind, as old boots will have served you well. It might as well be called medallian steak and be cooked in gravy for 4 hours to reach tenderness. Whats more, is its increased in price by at least a couple of pounds a piece. The cake section which used to be decent, has also increased to double what it was. The state of the produce there is sub standard, with sloppy messes being offered up on soggy bases. This is supposed to be a best of British supermarket chain, but its hard to find anything classed as best. This is a niche supermarket in an old folk catchment area. I feel the residents of Reddish are not being served up to standards. I'm not one to moan but enoughs enough. It seems to me, we're all still paying for Ant & Dec's advertisement campaign a few years back. Sort it out Morrisons, look into the butchery,grocery & bakery departments. They are falling by the wayside drastically.

Honestly the worst Morrisons I've ever been in. Shelves alnever have products on, produce section is always empty. Not sure who manages it, but needs replacing to be in line with other Morrisons in the area.

Fantastic Morrisons with the lady on the self service checkouts an absolute legend, really helpful polite and friendly going above and beyond. I only nipped in for whisky and ended up with much more because of the great selection and prices. It was also refreshing to see all the main lights where switched on meaning I saved the power in my head torch!

12th july every single fridge is broken store is boiling and the fruit in the chiller is all warm 14th STILL BROKEN NO chicken anything except drumsticks WHY have you stopped stocking or only ordering bare minimum of finest meats? Never any there this store is a disgrace the managers need replacing as obviously can't manage

Since they put new fridges in, being disabled I can't open the doors because my wheelchair gets in the way. So I have to wait for someone to help. ,which can take while. So I'm not shopping there again.??

Been shopping here for 15 years but the past 6 months has been miserable. Staff are great, always friendly. But the shop now takes an extra 20 minutes to complete since the store was rearranged. There doesn't seem to be any logical order to the isles now and seeing more and more items out of stock. Could be a supply issue, but with the way the store seems to be run, I wouldn't be surprised if it's just incompetence. Getting to the point where I'm considering braving the awful Asda car park and doing my shop there instead.

Most of the staff here are lovely,especially on the checkouts and in the cafe,the guy who does the plants outside is also cheerful and happy and the store looks great with the new freezers but could someone please explain customer service to the lady who does the flowers inside the store,she is just so rude. Every time I ask her a question she bites my head off,think I will go somewhere else for my flowers.

Stop roping off the basket self checkouts! Every time I go in the basket self service is roped off forcing me to go the long way through the trolley self service and queue for longer.
Constantly getting trapped in the self service bit as the exit doors won't open after paying.
