Fine dining done right. The service staff were well trained and courteous. The food was exemplary and delivered with a smile by the lovely gentleman in the high vis jacket. I did not, however, eat in the restaurant as they are so content on their food quality that they let you take the food outside. I ordered from a big futuristic LED screen and my food was delivered so quickly I wasn't able to have a wee. So I tip my hat to thee , mcdonalds. Fine dining (finally) done right. 5 stars
Kid-friendliness: I took my 3 year old here and she enjoyed it. And got a toy out of the haply box

Waited 14 mins to be served ,very poor product, had to get an exchange for their most expensive breakfast muffin. 4 other people came in with issues while I was waiting. Seemed understaffed and poorly trained. An older guy who worked the floor was doing a good job but that was it.

Had to go back in 6 times - food was cold at the end of it all so got a refund for my cold meal. Never coming to this McDonald's again, I'd rather travel a bit further the opposite way to a different McDonald's.

Ordered 6 items from this store via the mcdonalds app. And of those 6 items, 3 were missing. Mcdonalds/Uber refused to refund me, ridiculous and very poor customer service

I rarely review a Maccies but it was clear that the staff were trying. Plenty of sauce in the wraps and the burgers (at last!!!) and the extras I ordered actually came.
No clue why this isn't rated higher!

I don't expect much from Macdonald's but I do expect my food to be cooked. I used the drive through at lunchtime. The Big Mac was disappointing, but as expected to be fair. The fries however were under cooked to the point of being raw. Surely the temperature and time in the fryers is automatically controlled. The only reason I can imagine for raw fries was it was busy and they were trying to reduce the queues by reducing cooking time. Inexcusable!
