Food is great 9/10 times fries can be cold and anemic which is not good! Everything else is normally spot on, I always do delivery so can not comment on branch staff but delivery service is really good with just eat.

Do not order from this McDonald's. Unless you like waisting your money. The food was received cold and not fresh. Items from the order were missing. Very small portions received, regardless of being advertised as medium. Wrong items given in the order, thus compromising my medical dietary requirements, do not recommend at all, the worst branch I have ate at.

Made my order to stand there listening to the staff make inappropriate noises and when addressed they stated your not my manager like wow then 2 members of staff came out while one young female was lay in car park making snow angles a young lad was videotaping it on her phone where on earth was the babysitter

Went to get a couple of burgers at 4 40 am to be told they were changing over to breakfast correct me if I anm wrong but breakfast starts at 5am the manager of this store puts up paintings at pride week showing gay couples nothing wrong with him supporting pride but they were where children were having parties anyway Bredbury served me a burger at 4 53 am

they gave us old fish o fillet burger and dried re heated chips which were chewy. And also burger was like rock. This is 2nd time my experience from this branch. Last time I ignored as I don?t like complaining . But this time I decided to leave a review about staff who was on the duty tonight around 10.30 Sunday the 15th of December.
As they are ruining McDonald reputation down. We had to throw that food in the bin ?

So bad they?re actually laughable here. How do you manage to run a restaurant this poorly? Longest wait in the world and they can?t even prep the food properly. Dips missing, cheese missing, frankly any semblance of training or care missing. Shocking.

Hours shows 24, arrived at 11:58 pm and manager said its closed in a very rude way. Asked for a cup of hot water and he refused. Wasn?t expecting this type of behaviour from the staff.
