Food has always been quite decent. But the service is horrendous know matter how busy or even quite it is, it's always slow service. The little computers they have for the kids never work. I know some would say don't let them go on them but if that's the case get rid of them.

We popped to Stockport today as we wanted to take the kids to the Smyths toy store. This was our nearest, apparently. It was located on the outskirts on the retail park, and from the retail, we could walk into the town.
The children were eager for a McDonald's, so as a treat, we agreed at the end of the toy shopping spree.
We used the McDonald's venue in the shopping centre central area, and it was as standard as the next McDonald's.
The whole place needed a good clean-up, but with the heavy footfall from all the daily shopers, it wasn't happening anytime soon. There were two ladies working on the floor trying to manage the clean ups, but dodging the crowds of noisy, I'll mannered individuals and wasn't making the task any easier.
Ordered food on the easy to use machines and then waited in a crowd of people to hear the order be shouted out. The wait was about 10 mins, so it's not too bad. Located a seat upstairs for our party of 4, and it was a prime people watching location!
It does always baffle me how the parents of kids allow them to create such a bloody mess and don't make them tidy it up or tidy up after their kids themselves.
Yes, McDonald's have employees to clean around, but they aren't there as our personal cleaners!
Overall, it was your typical McDonald's establishment, quick bite to eat, definitely not gourmet but fills the kids belly and stops whinging for an hour and then on you go to the next destination.
Parking: There is a multi storey locally i think. Or parking at the retail and walk in to town. Parking paid via app per hour used
Kid-friendliness: Aimed specifically at kids, as stated its not gourmet. Everything is deep fried. You can opt for healthy swaps such as veg bag/ fruit bag, water and so on, but why go McDonald's to do that.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is room for wheelchairs and prams to access the place, but it's so busy that I'm not sure how you'd fair at peak times.

Ordered on multiple occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they never ever get the order correct. Never comes with any sauce. Dry nuggets. Dry chips. Terrible service.

I love their service, very fast and especially the cleaners,they see to it that the place is clean at all time
Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get in when using wheelchair and also fine doors are automatic

Came in Monday about 3pm. Staff were getting stressed out at one another.
The staff that were doing the food had no hair nets in or no gloves on.
Toilets were disgusting all blocked even disabled one was tissue every were it wasn't even that busy.

The dirtiest branch I have ever been in. the floors , stairs, tables all filthy. the toilets all blocked the urinals all blocked. Awful place. never going in there again.
