Needed to provide ID for a new credit card and came to this branch, was turned away by a women as the credit card was activated. 1 week later the bank asked me to come in again to provide ID. Absolute bunch of timewasters Do not use this useless circus show of a bank

I had a bit of a wait but I was helped as soon as I got to the staff and the enquires desk. He was very knowledgeable and helped with my enquires as quickly as possible.

I don?t even think they worth 1 star ,as whenever coming here only one cashier works and big que waiting for it. Asked few times by any chance can staff go for second till they keep saying they have only one cashier. Big disappointment

why have you changed the way that customer service has been delivered. Used to be that you just line up and wait, now you have us sitting down and checking in, makes it very confusing as people don't understand the new systems or where they are in the queue. Some people sit down without checking in and wait along time to be seen. An unnecessary change

Stephen was so helpful with a problem getting a credit card statement over 6 months ago not available o line he printed it off for me and answered a couple mor questions ,superb customer service and a valued staff member

Staff are really friendly and welcoming, my youngest in Autistic and sometimes can be a battle to have to wait in the que however the staff are so friendly. One member of staff(sorry forgot her name) gave her a piece of paper and the stamp to keep her occupied why I got sorted. Actually amazing to see staff go out their way to help put a smile on everyone?s face. P.s she is going to expect it every time now ?
