Brilliant experience from the moment I walked through the door. Staff are friendly, explaining everything along the way in detail and my eye test was extremely thorough.Would highly recommend Ladybrook Eyewear to everyone.

I first found this optician when I was sent here for NHS eye care appointment and I?ve never left. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. All eye tests are very thorough and eye care is discussed. Would highly recommend.

Visited this eye clinic, they were very friendly, I was seen straight away on the day I phoned, they were very helpful with the appointment timing, overall this clinic was excellent, they checked for everything and I was referred on straight away, I was so pleased with all the service I received, I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody

Fabulous opticians .I chose Ladybrook as it's a small independent practice and there's a lovely , inviting environment.Today Rachel was so helpful in helping me choose some new frames.She selected a range of frames from what I had said I had in mind and was really knowledgeable and patient as I gradually eliminated the choice down to my preferred frames .I was the only customer in the shop which was perfect as I didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision.The shop is beautifully set out and there is a wide range of styles.I would definitely recommend LadybrookDenise

The doctor was really kind, helpful and give the wise information about my sickness. The doctor gave me further information about possibility of the sickness and treatment which i can do myself. It was really useful and meaning. I am really satisfied with the appointment.

I have been a patient at Ladybrook for many years and have always had excellent professional care for both routine and more complex eye issues. Fantastic attentive service, I contacted Ladybrook Eyewear as my father, an elderly gentlemen had a possible detached retinar. He was treated with utmost respect from the Optician & the Staff, helped through the door etc.All the necessary tests where performed in a very professional manner, a referral was made to the local hospital. My father left, again assisted to the door feeling totally reassured.Within an hour of getting home the hospital phoned & an appointment made for the following day.Perfect,.thank you Ladybrook Eyewear ? ?

I recently had a problem with one of my eyes. Ladybrook Eyewear managed to give me an appointment at very short notice.The staff looked after me really well. They were considerate and very efficient. I can highly recommend their service.
