Went in kentucky peel centre ordered food for takeaway when I got it home order was incomplete, I ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket got it home the 4 chicken fillets were missing I also ordered a large beans side they were not in the order bag waited a long time for order to be done nearly 25 mins others were coming in and ordering and getting served before me

Soon as I stepped inside the restaurant smelled absolutely awful it completely put me off my appetite and there was so so messy there were mushed chips on the floor , garbage still on the tables just disgusting. I still somehow managed to order my food but when it got to me I just couldn?t stomach it and threw it away the atmosphere really put me off it, don?t you guys clean ?? And considering this was my first time back having kfc after now having it for a whole year it was very disappointing and I?ve been put off for life. Tell ur staff to do their jobs and CLEAN. Do not go to this kfc go somewhere else ?

I went to KFC yesterday and was left feeling like i was on my deathbed everytime i ate something i would be left feeling horrible with unspeakable belly ache and feeling like i through up i had no sleep last night the chicken also looked raw

Every time I get food from here they forget to pack items I pay for. Always leads to disappointment. This has to be the worse KFC!

Stockport kfc is ideal with location near shops, car park and the store is good, the people who work there is nice and friendly, the food is always cooked and hot, when I come it is always nice and clean, the people who work here seem like they actually care about us not like McDonalds who goal is in and out no smile or hi, so rude but here they do take the time to say hello.

Could do with having a third ordering screen as I've been a few times and there are queues to use them.
Also there could be more seating in the other side of the store, lots of empty space.
Thirdly I find kfc quite expensive these days especially when compared to local independent chicken shops.

People don't throw away their trash enough, even though this isn't the stores fault the should put aside more time for staff to clear tables.
Food was okay. Chicken is too salty.
Service was decently quick.

Stopped eating in KFC years ago because the standard slipped but this was the best fried chicken i've had in a long time. Friendly staff and quick service

Went in after some christmas shopping. Was busy, but the ques went down pretty quick, and the food came out quick and hot.

Abysmal. Went in on a Sunday just looking to order two vegan burgers to take away. There was no one on the tills despite being at least 4 people in the back on a fairly dead afternoon shift. The machine wasn?t printing receipts for orders so had to go to the till and wait for a staff member to pay and inform them the machine wasn?t printing receipts (which they said they already knew but clearly hadn?t done anything to rectify).
They looked at the order and said ?just to let you know it?ll be a 25 minute wait on the vegan burgers? -I could cook them faster using the heat generated from my palms. In spite of this I said ?that?s fine? and then the cashier proceeded to detail in length why it would be difficult to make my order instead of just getting in with making the bloody thing. It felt like they were looking for excuses not to make my order to be honest.
Awful customer experience, would not go again or recommend to any vegetarians/vegans based on the level of service.

Less than helpful touch screens but got there in the end - no paper to print out order number!!!
