I can?t thank Natalie and the team at Jinkinsons enough. I called them on Monday after developing a blind spot in one eye over the weekend. Natalie saw me within a few hours, found I had a detached retina and immediately referred me to hospital with a full comprehensive report. By Wednesday I was in theatre at Manchester Eye Hospital. Without her quick thinking and perseverance with Stepping Hill, I may well have lost my sight. She might say it?s just a job, but she went above and beyond. The care and compassion exhibited by the whole team make you feel like you are talking with friends. I can?t recommend them highly enough.

Very professional, friendly team helping to make your vist easy.Lovely enviroment, modern and clean. Great to see really good covid precautions also.This was my 1st visit and I will go nowhere else now. Obviously it's each to their own preference but for me they have it right.I cannot attest to the cost effectiveness of buying specticles as i only had eyes tested and diabetic screening, but my feeling is good.Well done to them.

I haven't been back since 1997 and today's experience was great. I have complex eye sight, and was pleased with the thoroughness of the check up. I had to have a field of vision test and they had a piece of equipment which made it easier than anywhere else I have done it before (resulting in minimal false positives). I can't recommend highly enough.
