Complete waste of my time.
Ordered a delivery for said date, called continuously with no answer. When I did get through it was to be delivered on the next round. I then get a call saying it was going to be in the morning. Called first thing the following day, it?s on the second delivery, it will be with me by 10am. Called at 11.00am they advised it?s being loaded as we speak. 11.50 after I had send the labourers home I called to cancel as I?d already had half the day wasted and wages paid out to wait for the delivery. I have closed my account with them and will not be using them again.

Website says its open on Sundays, it is not. Wasted trip

The Google result for Jewsons Marple shows as it being open on Sundays till 16.30 , and shows this info was verified by telephone 10 weeks ago.
It's wrong as I was there at 14:00 and all the gates are locked .

If you don?t have a trade account, expect to pay 25% more for identical items purchased on the high street and 30% more bought online. How they have kept going is beyond me.

Just received a delivery from Dewson Marple - the driver was so professional and helpful. He skilfully manoeuvred the blocks/large bulk bags of sand & limestone under telephone cables and over the garden wall on a busy road - placing everything strategically to maintain access to our driveway. Throughout, he was stood in the rain...yet returned to the house with our invoice still cheerful and polite. Excellent work ethic and first class service. Thank you so much!

I brought 2 boxes of silicone, clear and white, all of them was dry and hard inside of the tube. because this place is far from my work place, I did not bother to take them back, I would not shop again from jewson again, its wast the money

Excellent customer service from this Stockport branch. Steve was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us hire a product very last minute. Rang other stores to help get us the equipment. Very friendly staff as well when item returned.
