Virtually had to beg to be spoken to.in shop/ office. Staff did not know names or locations of basic products.

Complete waste of my time. Ordered a delivery for said date, called continuously with no answer. When I did get through it was to be delivered on the next round. I then get a call saying it was going to be in the morning. Called first thing the following day, it’s on the second delivery, it will be with me by 10am.... read full comment
