The shop itself is fine but some of the staff need some lessons in customer service. There?s one staff member who is so rude to me every time I go in. She sees me with my pram, a basket full of shopping, waits until I?m next on the till to tell me to move across to another till and then watches me struggle the get my pram through, I have a large pram which is why I go to the till designed for pram and wheelchair access. She always serves whoever is behind me which is what annoys me because she?s just refusing to serve me. Management are never on the shop floor either for me to speak to. She?s middle aged, long red box dye hair and has what sounds like a European accent, she needs to learn how to treat customers and to stop being so judgy!

Went in for a few bits for the garden, cheaper than the garden centre.

Got what I went for which was bedding and treats for party bags. Shop seemed to have less range than it used to though. Staff friendly.
