I went in today looking to replenish a product and ask for some advice, but I wound up walking out as the gaggle of staff behind the counter were too preoccupied with chatting and laughing loudly in a cluster than paying attention to the many customers in their store who, like myself, gave the till a wide birth likely for the same reason.

The Holland & Barrett store was okay, but the customer service was extremely poor. I need to describe the person to give you a better understanding of who I dealt with. She had a head covering and was very rude and argumentative about scientific topics she seemed to know nothing about. I will never go to that store again if employees continue to treat customers this way. Thanks.

Not very helpful they Cound see I was struggling think they only want your money girls on the tills look at you as your a criminal felt very uncomfortable lost my card rewards but didn't seem interested in give me another one or scan my online one I have autism and my support worker was outside waiting and wondering why I was upset they get all these reviews and there no change to the staff let see what head office have to say get some cheerful staff or train then to have manners got no thank you after purchasing I travel far out next time to another holland and barrett see if there better staff never shop there again THANK YOU WOUND BE NICE

Customer service from one member of staff is left to be desired. There is a tall man that works in this store that is pushy and rude- 3 or 4 times he has icily demanded use of a rewards card and if I don?t have it he pushes for further details until he will allow you to pay. Most times I?m just grabbing a drink post gym - it seems unnecessary and frankly inefficient as a buyer. Customer service makes a huge difference, if you make the customer uncomfortable they won?t return. I?ve never had this problem in other stores, so will return to the Manchester store but not Stockport.

In general very helpful smiley approachable polite staff as I am used to seeing. Quite a big store with a lot of products with good offers.This was however ruined by the presence of a very, very rude female assistant with absolutely no customer service skills at all. Rude, short, abrupt with attitude. I clocked her name but shan't be posting it on here. H&B marketing people, if you want to improve this store's retention then you need to make a note of which girl was on shift around 1.30pm 6.3.23. All other female staff have been really lovely up until today.
