Recently went to the one in Stockport, I have never been made to feel like a criminal to that degree! I understand there are lots of thieves around but oh my!! Being followed everywhere I went, stared at when looking at things and practically escorted out of the shop once I?d made my purchase , also tutted and remarks being made when I was looking at the palm pals that are located in front of the till, couldn?t wait to get out of that shop! Such a horrible feeling

I visited this store yesterday morning to purchase two cds. The two staff were most unhelpful and very rude. They just stood chatting to each other. Worst customer service ever.

I always like HMV and it is still nostalgic that i am looking through the vinyl records all these years later.
The prices have recently gone up a bit from 3 records for £55 to £66.
I thought with the popularity of vinyl, that they would have been getting cheaper.
The store also sells a great selection of DVD, CD, T-shirts and posters. As well as record players and a small selection of books.

Very helpful staff. Only dropped one star because Rock and Metal sections are in different rooms land apparently Linkin Park are metal but Iron Maiden are rock

I went in to buy vinyl as I'm rebuilding my collection. The lady was very helpful pointing me in the right direction, and she had a good knowledge of products.

Staff are just rude and miserable. Spoken down too and ignored when asking questions. Especially the woman downstairs and the man upstairs.

I always go in HMV it sells the obvious but they also have some pretty wacky cool stuff these days, they're alao good for charger cables, plugs, and accessories.

HMV is great for any entertainment.
I like browsing through the Vinyl records and the movies here and they have a decent selection.
The record area is pretty big with most genres and some obscure bands that wouldn't be in most shops.
I wish they had a larger selection of 4k blu rays but the selection is still pretty decent.
