Had a really great experience today when I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She really wanted to have them pierced but felt very nervous about it. The lady who provided the service couldn?t have been nicer. She was warm and reassuring and very patient with her. The service was excellent. There was a good choice of earrings and the price was really good value. Would highly recommend, thank you for today!

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced today, the lady was very professional and took her time to explain the whole process to her. The store currently has an ear piercing event on so you only pay for the earrings - free piercing and aftercare pack! Amazing value! Thanks again

A year ago, my boyfriend bought me an engagement ring from H.Samuel. Unfortunately, the ring was too big, so we went back to the store and asked to have it resized. It seems that instead of properly resizing it, the store simply cut and glued the back of the ring ? likely in an attempt to save money.
Now, just a year later, the ring has cracked exactly in that same spot. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering this was my engagement ring ? something I hoped to treasure for the rest of my life. It?s heartbreaking to see such a meaningful item treated with so little care.
We are extremely dissatisfied with how H.Samuel handled this and feel let down by the quality and service. We sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. Based on what happened to us, we cannot recommend this store.

I went into H Samuel to look for a particular item. Yvonne was my first contact. Her service from the start to finish has been amazing. From helping me choose the item in store and finding the correct size I needed. She went above and beyond in securing me the item and size I wanted having it shipped into store for me.
She came in on her day off when I can to purchase my item and with the help of the store manager Ian and Leah I got the item I had my heart set on.
Such a fantastic experience and such an amazing team. Thank you.
