Ordered food at 7.45. At 9.15pm when it had still not arrived I called, to be told my food was still in the restaurant and to wait ten more minutes. Cancelled order. 90 minutes for a pizza on a Thursday night to then be told it?s not even left the shop is not ok. Won?t be returning.

The only reason I put one star is because I can not rate zero. The food was shocking, and it was great food if you wanted stale garlic bread, day old kebab that was missing ingredients, cold chips rubber chicken nuggets and shocking customer service great place called FLAMEZ £35 down the drain.

Twice I?ve ordered a plain garlic bread. Twice I?ve (1st) been delivered (2nd) collected, but not realised till I got home; cheesy garlic bread. As they are £2 more expensive I suppose I should be pleased. But, I don?t care for cheesy garlic bread; so I?m not. If I was allergic to cheese I?d be even more unhappy.It?s a simple order. Plain garlic bread. Will I risk being 3rd time lucky?

Must admit flamez has always been my favourite but they have stepped their game up! The food is delicious and fresh! Highly recommend! The staff are amazing they are kind and friendly! Even have a laugh with you makes the environment?s atmosphere so much better!
