Leanne was very courteous and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. My online order hadn't been processed, but Leanne said it was not an issue and served me there, and then. The rate online is always slightly better than most currency companies where you wish to collect. We'll done euro change and thank you to Leanne for her professional and customer focused approach.
