I often go to Stockport Dunelm . I like the good quality products, there's plenty of choice . Today I visited and was offered help from a young lady called Megan . Megan was an absolute joy , she was so helpful and had very positive attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job.
I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience today and Megan made it so much easier and pleasant. I think she goes above and beyond to help people with a smile. I saw her after helping another customer and again with a beautiful bright demeanor. Well done Megan you should be appreciated by Dunelm ,I'm sure they can see your sparkle and caring nature. It makes me look forward to shopping at the store again.

male member of staff was unbelievably patronising, refused to listen when i was trying to solve an issue. when he finally did listen, he chose to belittle me about it - made me so upset i never want to return
