Was recommended Dixon optometrists by Doc at Manchester eye hospital for Keratoconus issues. Gohar tested my eyes and was able to prescribe some Sceral lenses that have given me near 20/20 vision , after years of poor vision. Not only great vision, but the fit is so good , easy to forget there in. Massive thanks to him and also Zoe , who spent 2 hrs with me , showing me to insert and remove as never wore lenses before. Thankyou guys and all team at Dixon.

Have had a fantastic service from Dixons. The staff are friendly and super efficient and my optometrist Nina, could not have been more understanding and supportive. Ensured all the way through my problem that I understood where we were at, what to expect and followed up with Me to ensure a positive outcome was gained and left Me with no existing issues. Gohar and his team have been excellent the last couple of months in sourcing and fitting mini scleral contact lenses for me to improve my vision and comfort with Keratoconus. Their extensive knowledge and use of latest ophthalmology equipment made the process stress free and have now got the best contacts most suited to my condition.

I recently visited this optometrist for an eye examination, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Throughout the vision testing process, they consistently reassured me, creating a calm and comfortable environment that helped alleviate any nervousness.Not only did the Gohar provide thorough and accurate measurements of my vision, but they also took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. All of the staff at Dixon?s are helpful and friendly. They are always very accommodating and try their best to fit you in and get you sorted as soon as possible.Gohar is a fabulous optician who always goes out of his way to make sure everything is explained. I was diagnosed with keratoconus in 2003 and I try to keep uptodate with what works best. I recently travelled to the USA and was told glasses would not improve vision. Mr. Gohar proved that to be incorrect as he found a prescription to get my sight to legal driving standard with glasses and 20/20 with scleral lens!This was by far my best experience in over twenty years and Mr M. Gohar Majid and the team at Dixon Optometrists are absolutely amazing!

I've been using Dixons for years for myself and daughter. They really know about caring for your eyes and have 'gone the extra mile' to advise and help out in some tricky situations following eye surgery. Also have a nice selection of spectacles!

came here for specialist help for my vision, which can't be corrected with glasses. am now wearing scleral lenses thanks to the team at dixons, and am able to see clearly for the first time in a decade. would highly recommend you visit if you have specialist needs.

The customer experience at Dixons is first class, the staff are friendly and professional, the Optometrist are really experienced and they fully explain the procedures and tests that you are undertaking, you also get the opportunity to see the results of the scans, tests, images, which allow you to understand your personal prescriptions. The Optometrist make you feel like a valued customer and your eye health is important to them, you also get the opportunity discuss your treatment and what contact lenses are best suited for you. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff at Dixons. I would recommend Dixons Optometrist.
