They never deliver on time, and if you don?t call them about the problem, they won?t call you. Horrible service, I would t recommend them to anyone and rate zero stars

Very disappointed with my recent visit to the pharmacy. The lady who saw me was very rude and also told me my prescription hadn?t been sent through and due to her rudeness i felt i couldn?t ask further questions? Safe to say when my mum went in to ask after speaking to the doctors I?m sure she felt quite silly to then retrieve my prescription with no problem.

I find myself having to go back here having avoiding the place. I find no change from previous experience.. miserable staff.. archaic opening times.. prescription you expect to be ready isn't so a 20 min hang around. Why have the owners never addressed the problems that have been going on for years?

I would rate this place lower but I'm not allowed too. Vacant, worthless staff that are uninformed. I was told my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up. It wasn't. They made me pay for it, made me wait 20 minutes, then told me they didn't have any. They also said the same thing to about 7 different people who were all getting different medications. They even asked an old man who was there for urgent meds for his wife to "come back tomorrow". The guy could hardly stand. I can't express the contempt i have for the people who work here who obviously aren't doing there jobs properly. If you want to be lazy and not do your job properly don't work in a pharmacy. Disgusting people who should be absolutely ashamed.They don't work Saturday and Sunday. They close for an hour every day for lunch. I wonder why the queues are so big.Do not register at this place is at all possible.

I mean, 25 minutes for a prescription with no one else in the chemist and 4 staff behind the counters. Not very good service sad to say.

I applaud these guys for their help and common sense. GP prescribed 5 times the course length needed and wrong preparation - sorted it at this pharmacy - thank you so much for supporting a boy in tears with his daddy at their 4th chemist x

Told by pharmacy staff at 11am that the medicine I needed they didn't stock and the lady suggested I ring around to find a pharmacy that did! I informed her that when you are unwell this is the last thing that you should have to do.I then rang Hempshaw Lane pharmacy and was informed yes they had it in stock and was really helpful. My phone then rang from dialhouse pharmacy to say she had ordered some and it would be delivered to the pharmacy by 3pm. She said it would take five minutes to mix but they would ring my husband once it was ready.As we were still awaiting the call at 16.45hrs my husband rang them to enquire where my urgent prescription was. We couldn't believe it when the pharmacist (not Dawn) didn't know anything about it. He went looking and found the prescription which had not even been dispensed. He said he had only come on duty that afternoon and had not been given any information.I feel very annoyed as I could have gone to hempshaw lane and would have had one dose by now. If we had not rang that prescription would still be sat there.NOT IMPRESSED at all.. Will be reviewing which chemist I use from now on and this one comes very low down the list.

Without doubt the worst pharmacy, probably in Britain. Avoid going at staff tea breaks as you will have a very, very long wait - forgot to add staff tea breaks last for the whole day (except when they are closed for lunch)Terrible, it used to be such a reliable little pharmacy until it moved to larger premises. Use somewhere else within a 5 mile radius, it will still be quicker
