On the morning of Saturday 16th August 2025 I had superb service from Matt in the bike department and Madi on the till. And I've often had very good service here in the past. This is obviously a very well run store where the right people are recruited. It's worth making the journey from North Wales (where I live) ?

We attended today to get my daughter?s bike break fixed. The two lovely gentleman?s, Ed and Ian were very friendly, helpful and did a good job on the broken break. I would highly recommend this store service and we wouldn?t hesitate to come back if needed. Thank you Ed and Ian. ?

The staffs were really friendly and they were really helpful with my refund. Store also has a lot of helpful good stuff for sports enthusiasts.

Staff i spoke to were so helpful. Clement was very knowledgeable about running shoes and showed me options that matched my needs and didn't try to just direct me to expensive things. He was kind, polite and helpful- he deserves a bonus!
FYI the store doesn't do full gait analysis, just a foot scan to indicate suitable shoes.

By far this is the best sports shop there is, vast majority of stock. Helpful and knowledgeable team is always keen to help.
BnQ and Sports Direct could learn few things from this guy's.

A lousy store, some garbage, when I bought it I was told I could bring the product back if it was unused, now they refuse to give me my money back.... I'm disgusted and I will never buy anything from these filthy stores again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Matt on Cycles? he was super helpful when I was picking up my e-bike through the cyclescheme. He helped me pick out all of the accessories and was really patient throughout the process. He?s a credit to the team at Stockport :) as a whole, great experience from everyone who helped out!
