Absolutely disgraceful service, was told and assured that the Oldham shop had lots of Gaming monitors in stock. Spent an hour round trip andaround 30miles wasted journey to find they had no stock of anything we wanted. Perhaps we will shop elsewhere now! I've just spent 2.5k with Stockport too

Attempted to buy a £1300 tv, the advisor disappeared for 10 minutes, whilst we were waiting another collegue advised us the store was now closed, a minute later the advisor we asked about the tv told us they had none even though the website showed them in stock in that store. Basically we got fobbed off as the staff couldn?t wait to leave even though we enquired in good time, will buy elsewhere and won?t return

Still waiting for a refund of £465 for a telly that was too big.ive been waiting for 3 months, no sign. They gladly take your money same day of purchase, if wrong you obviously don't get it back. Steer clear folks

I saw a cd player in the store but couldn't see any on the shelf.I approached an assistant who explained to me that it is in store for display only. I have to buy on line!!!!!!!!!

Staff are totally ignorant - waited for almost 20 minutes to speak to someone regarding a camera, and was told twice that "someone will be right with you." Went to a specialist camera shop instead and was glad to give them my money instead of Curry's.

Me and my husband ordered an oven and hob on Saturday. We were helped by a lovely young lady called Mia. She was very knowledgeable about the products, fitting and delivery service helping us decide which ones to buy. She was very friendly and helpful and an asset to your store. If we ever need anything from Currys we would definitely ask to be served by Mia. X

Free parking on Sundays. Very friendly staff. Ordered online and picked up in store. Price promise is a huge bonus too - getting online prices from a trusted retailer, best of both worlds!

Purchased a replacement Television with vouchers from an insurance claim. TV I wanted was out of stock. Managed to get hold of one in the Stockport Store. Shame I had to travel to get the one I liked hence rating

There are too many staff members in groups talking. I had to ask for help as no one came along when I was first looking at washing machines. And then the knowledge of what I asked about was not good. But the main point I would like make is the over rated delivery charges. They are too much. Not a good day for me and a waste of journey to Currys?

It?s impossible to complain when something goes wrong.I?ve tried everything available. I?ve waited on the phone lines, navigated the automated system, tried the web chat, used an email address that just bounced?. I?m going to have to send a letter via recorded post, which in this day and age, is not acceptable.On the phone, no one can deal with your issue. You get meaningless apologies for the inconvenience while they tell you that yes, they have taken your money and then refused to make good their faulty repair. This process takes weeks, as well. If you make a complaint, then you will be told on later phone calls that there is no record of you calling and no record of complaint.They will take your money and send you on endless bureaucratic loops until you give up. Avoid at all costs.Over and out, I?m off to Argos to pick up the replacement item I?ve had to buy.
