Very poor service.
Employee, who was servicing me (approx. 30 years old) had problem with basic mathematics - he could not calculate simple multiplication. Also he was nor properly prepared from savings account product. He also did not have any tools in his computer to calculate eventual profit from savings account.
I asked him: "how may customers do you have with savings account?". He replied: "thousands, millions, I do not know".
(Me) : "And who suppose to know? Me?".
And when you are entering to the branch - there is nobody from service, you have to go to cashier, and than you are serviced.
About Savings Account itself: I was told that 0.46% is the best interest rate. So judge alone: is 4.6 GBP from each 1000 GBP allocated on accout best? (Or even less, because interest rate are calculated daily).
That bank is complete failure. No point to go there.
