As a business customer have been 2 days running to make a deposit to find the branch closed with very little information of when it will open. I have today phoned customer services and paid for a 25 minute phone call - only to be told that the branch has been closed for the last 5 days - no-one knows why it is closed, why we were not informed or when it will re-open.
I can either travel over 20 miles to next nearest branch or wait 7 -10 days for Special post office pay-in books.
Truly appalling customer service!!!!!!

Went in too get some money,no queue at lunchtime was great. Staff friendly and efficient.

Whilst you can apply for your products via online channels your processing time to turn these applications around is simply unacceptable and too slow. Still a long way to go to become a customer focused top tier bank

No stars really - Called the number given - twice - held on for an hour both times 'moving through the queue' - when the call was answered they cut me off - both times!
