We had a great service every time we went to buy shoes with my two little boys. Today, there were two young girls helping me to find red shoes for my 3 year old son and I have to say, they were amazing. We have red shoes, correct size and a very happy little boy. We will be visiting again.

We had a lovely experience here today getting my little girl?s first school shoes. Staff are really friendly and attentive - we were served by Jo. We had a measurement fitting and given lots of options, nothing was too much trouble.

Visited the children's department. Didn't have to wait long for the fitting service and the staff member was extremely helpful. Unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to find shoes suitable for my daughter with the options available in store but we'll be back.

I popped into the store to return theshoes I bought and was in the queuebehind a lady. After she's been served,the gentleman serving her (Graham)decided to just totally ignore me, avoidany sort of eye contact and walk toanother customer behind me, asking ifshe needed something and helping herwhole I've waited there for 10 mins l'veasked if I could be served which he saidhe's helping another customer and he'llserve me after. No professionalism orrespect whoever; instead I got servedwith a very grumpy face. Won't becoming back again
