Ordered online for click and collect, the store is very easy to find and close to parking. Free parking on Sundays so easy to pick up. Store well set out like all other stores, its a larger one too

Don't bother ordering balloons from here, I ordered in November to collect in December, 4 balloons on two separate orders. Soon as I got home the lady called me to say she had only put 3 balloons on the order. I then had to go back to order the 4th balloon. Then when I picked them up, all balloons were on weight, despite actually paying for 3 weights! Was told to come back on the 23rd December at 5.30pm for it to be rectified lol! For those of us who do work Christmas day and so use Christmas eve as our Christmas day this was an absolute joke. Unbothered staff and you actually don't get what you pay for
