Worst gp ever, the doctor I met with was a waste of time, no help. I ended up going out with no help at all, receptionist are rude. You call to book an Appointment, you will be on the queue for ages and when they pick they tell you to go online and book an appointment. Shocking.

Stupid new appointment system that you need to book online, I have a 82 year old dementia suffering father in law who has no idea how to do this but can't get a doctors appointment until he does. In a word disgusting.

Attended Sat 30th at 09:00 for vaccination. Arrived 10 minutes early. There was already quite a long queue . However, people were seen really quickly , efficiently, professionally and attended to by really lovely staff. Super service, no complaints whatever.Thank you.

I cannot fault Bramhall Health Centre, they are an exceptional GP Surgery. I have a number of Long Term Conditions, including Brittle Asthma that is uncontrolled. When I am unwell and am experiencing an acute exacerbation of my asthma, I am seen on the day given advice & medication. The roll out of the AccuRx online system is so helpful, instead of spending a significant amount of time waiting in a phone queue, you can place your request online and it's triaged daily. This is very helpful for someone who works full time. Keep up the hard work and thankyou for providing such a high level of care.

The doctor I saw on the 4th of August for an ultra sound scan was extremely rude. It wasn't what he said but what he didn't say. His name was Doctor Agrar and he kept his back to me when the nurse took me in as she asked him if I should sit on the side of the bed I think I heard a grunt and throughout the short time the scan took he asked my date of birth, continued to avoid any visual contact and grunted speak to your doctor in a week. He went back to where he'd been sat when I arrived and keeping his back to me completely ignored my goodbye with no response.. I felt totally non-existent.

My Aunt is 89 and has many health problems. Recently she has required a lot of extra support from the team at BHC. They have been so supportive and caring throughout, to my Aunt, making her feel cared about and also to me when I?ve contacted the surgery on her behalf. Receptionists to GP, many thanks, we appreciate everything you do!

Liz at reception is extremely rude and dismissive. Have never felt more disrespected by a member of NHS staff in my life. I called to book an additional appointment as I have a smear test and blood pressure check tomorrow and needed to be seen for a personal intimate issue, and she dismissed me on the phone and told me to just call tomorrow morning instead refused to even let me speak to a doctor today despite me telling her I missed two doctors calls so was phoning to request that the doctor phones me back as I had missed calls to discuss the personal issue and it has gotten a lot worse and think the doctor may prescribe something over the phone? liz needs to get a new job, one that she enjoys, as it?s clear she hates being in a customer service faced role as she can?t deliver in the slightest, instead just makes clients feel uncomfortable and unimportant.

Shockingly low amount care and understanding for patients.If I could give no stars then I could, the practice is so overbooked you can feel it when calling in at 8am and still not getting an appointment after half an hour in the queue. The general attitude of the reception is ?well, it?s not our fault? which doesn?t help. On top of that, the doctors refused to give me appointments for a very strong drug which they absolutely could?ve done but they chose to refuse these appointments- simply because they can. If you value your time and health as an individual then go to a practice that acc sees you as a human being. I?ve had to end up moving practice because they were so unhelpful

I booked an appointment after several weeks of wait, they booked me an appointment with I think, a locum GP. I am also working in the NHS as a doctor. I missed the call when I was driving from my hospital after a night shift and I got the appointment cancellation message within 2 mins . They did not bother to call me second time . I called them immediately as soon as I got back home and receptionist said they don't have appointment for next 4 weeks. I am a doctor working in the hospital and ideally they should have called second time atleast 10 -20 mins later. But the GP did not bother to call me back .I believe lot of patients would have been affected by this approach. This is not acceptable at all and management has to look into it .

They do not have the time or motivation to provide adequate care. Bramhall health centre is a glorified free clinic. There is a 90% chance that they will not care about you, as they don't have the resources, regardless of how serious your issue may be. DO NOT REGISTER YOUR GP HERE, FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE.

Bramhall Health Centre has always been good but since Covid it?s even better. The waiting room is no longer full of people who don?t really need to be there, the triage system operated by the receptionists works very well and if you need to see a health professional there is never long to wait for an appointment. Finally, I have nothing but praise for the senior nurse who is very knowledgeable and has a lovely friendly manner.
