I visited the BP petrol station in Heaton Mersey recently and was thoroughly impressed with the M&S shop inside. The forecourt and shop were very clean and well-maintained which i like to see. The M&S store inside was fully stocked with a great range of products and excellent availability, a bit on the expensive side for somethings but i did manage to get my hands on the strawberries and cream sandwich! I got speaking to the manager & he was extremely polite and helpful. He offered a loyalty card at the till for next time. Overall, Highly recommend!

Manager didn?t turn up until 0615am? ran inside and locked the shutters behind him. Was in no rush to open. Ignored waiting customers. Opening hours are not to be trusted.

Bought one bag of percy pigs and was charged £9.10.
Want to think it was an honest mistake but based on the experience it all points to it being intentional. Do not shop here.

Just popped in as they had an M&S, have to share what lovely staff they have here. So helpful and happy. Love places that have friendly service, makes this BP extra special.

Love this service station - including the availability of M&S food (good range), and staff always friendly and pleasant - fun and smiling whenever I visit, and always on hand to help, great service great food great staff

Hi can you please tell me why the petrol station is shut at at 8am and 3.30 in the afternoons. Excact times where 7.52 am and 15.38 pm . Twice I have called for petrol at different times on different day and its been shut. Is this a regular occurance or are you having issues . Never has any issues before ?

Called last night to pick up a "too good to go" was told they had none to give. I was a bit put out as it was second night in a row that it had been cancelled but this time I had travelled to get the goods. I was sent a message to say it was cancelled after I got home but I haven't had a refund? This is the second time it's been cancelled and no refund. Won't be bothering again. Staff were apologetic though

Once again this place is shut by 8pm, 2 hours before the stated time on Google maps and on the store door! Staff inside packing shelves but refuse to open the door. Disgraceful. I live locally and you just can?t rely on this place being open. Awful! Can?t believe M&S lend their name to this place. Avoid and go to Tesco inside!!

Live local to site which if I?m honest is scruffy and poorly maintained (grass etc) staff are ok till you have an issue if its M&S they work for BP & vice versa.To busy stacking shelves to serveBut the most annoying thing about the site is having to listen to staff screaming down the tannoy to ?shut your door? get some signage up if it?s such an issue.

Apart from higher prices of fuel, it is convenient shop. Staff are friendly thought sometime tills are bit slow. Shop has M&S food store. Toilet facilities available. On the go coffee available. Lots of sugary chocolates and sweet on sale - which is a thumbs down.

Had prob with deliveroo order and Chris sorted it out asap. Great customer service. The availability of M&S stock for home delivery, here in W Didsbury, is a real help whilst we?re shielding in lockdown. Thanks!
