Unsure what the issues are with this pharmacy. Pers regularly take 3 sometimes 4 days to process from the point that it's received from gp.. the staff are pleasant and there seems to be no shortage of them. Reluctantly moved to Village P, who seem to have a much quicker service.

The pharmacy is useless. The prescriptions are never ready and there is always a longish queue and even if there is isn?t a long queue there is still a long wait. I queued today for about 15 minutes, then got to the front and was told its not ready yet it was sent the GP assured me yesterday morning, now I?ve been told it may not be ready as there is a queue of prescriptions waiting to be made up and it closes in about an hour. Very unhappy as tomorrow it is shut!

Extremely helpful staff! Consistent service, always willing to 'go the extra mile' for their customers. Supported customers brilliantly throughout Covid & lockdown. Think we would have struggled without their support!

Humairaa the pharmacist is so lovely, she was so understanding and kind with any issues you may have.On behalf of my mum Jennifer Pinkstone, she had her flu jab with her and my mum said how gentle she was. Both of us feel we can?t recommend her enough.

Not much choice of no7 mascara..(again). my only reason for visiting. Staff were lovely and helpful as always but the shop just seems tired and in need if a refresh.. would be sad to lose it from the village.

A large shop offering most facilities found in shops in the chain. There is a large opticians department and an extensive cosmetics and beauty section as well as a pharmacy counter.
