My mum (she doesn?t have a Google account hence why I?m posting this on her behalf) wants to put a glowing review in for David. David went above and beyond to help her get her prescription sorted with an out of hours doctor. Without him, she would have been left in pain. Many thanks to David, you?ve been a great help!!!

Always used to be very professional and friendly staff in what must be a very challenging role. These guys have always been great for the most part and I personally appreciate their ongoing efforts.
They used to be really good. Not recently, unfortunately.

Most of the staff here are rude apart from 1 or 2. Seem to forget they are offering a service and treat customers as though they are thiefs!. Having used this and other local pharmacies for many years this now has to be the worst in terms of customer service. It was okay before but not anymore. To take the trophy for worst customer service employee of the month has to be Mr unhappy who seems to be a new addition to the team as of Spring 2024. Remember good customer service makes good business sense!
Given 1 star as zero isn't an option unfortunately.

Great staff. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Dealt with an issue really well. They are very professional and I'm very happy to recommend them.

The staff are nice and knowledgeable. There isn't much stock on the shelves, but it's too expensive for me to shop there anyway. It lost one star for the time I have to wait between ordering a repeat prescription and getting the text to say its ready. I don't know if that's down to staffing levels.

A decent chemist. Been here a few times in the last couple of months. Good customer service.When I needed some medication that they hadn't got, they offered to order it in.I am trying to use here more often for same day prescriptions.Only downside is the opening times. Not open as late as I would like.
