Poor costumer service a very rude staff and not helpful as I have been served rudely by someone called Sharon as I read it on her badge, never again

I returned one of my click and collect items in this store. I took a picture of the return screen. Used a coupon in here before and decided to try use my other one earlier last week and the worker screamed at me and said it didn't work when it visibly went through and only needed staff confirmation. Sort your staff out now!
