This store has the capacity to be great. It?s a great size and well placed, but it?s beginning to look like it was dragged out of the blitz. The whole place is in serious need of a remodel. I won?t buy make up from here anymore as it?s hard to find anything that hasn?t been opened and used. The stock is quite all over the place and needs a good merchandiser to come and bring the store together better.
So even though I live a 10 minute walk to Stockport, I will always choose to drive to the Boots in the Trafford centre as I don?t feel like I need a bath when I leave that one.

Let down by the girls on self check out always stood chatting and ignoring anyone that needs help more interested in their conversation have to try get their attention every time without fail

Very humiliating visit today! I was told abruptly to use the self checkout by Helen (6.3.25 around 4pm) when I explained I had a card and cash to use she continued to say use the end one it takes cash. Unfortunately I struggled with the machine it was much to her annoyance that she then reluctantly had to serve me at the till. I felt like a scolded child how she spoke to me. Please teach Helen some customer service skills as she most certainly lacks them.

Nobody on the lancome desk at all. Unable to purchase anything from the lancome counter whatsoever yet again. Tried to pay for mouthwash and was sent to three different tills in 3 completely different areas of the shop. This is annoying. Staff were not abundant or helpful, they all seem to be confined to very small areas of the shop and have no knowledge of any other parts of the shop or other tills. They just passed us from pillar to post. I had to stop my son walking out with the mouthwash just to get the attention of a staff member. Not the Boots it once was.

The store itself and the staff are nice although my last visit I was followed by the security guard as soon as I walked through the door. He waited 2 feet away whilst I made my purchase at the pharmacy as he's already decided that I'm going to steal something. Unfortunately I won't be visiting there again to be followed by a judgemental idiot.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of cut prices nice fresh sandwiches and meal deal! A pleasure to shop here.

Arrogant Pharmacists make you wait ages for your prescription while they stand about talking to each other?..I?m disabled so I haven?t much choice but to use this overpriced establishment.
If you have to get your prescription from here make sure you take book?..I?d advise you use somewhere else.
