Table booked for 6pm, restaurant was decently busy, we were sat in an enclave which was great to keep the kids sat down. Sonny our waiter was very helpful and patient , made us laugh too.

On a cold Tuesday night, the place was quite empty and we (and the other non-booked customers were only seated in the area adjacent to the door. And in a through way for all customers, so it wasn?t relaxing. So the area felt cold and got colder every time the door opened. It wasn?t a bad experience, but a ubiquitous/generic chain restaurant with not much to draw us back.

Food was great, especially the £16.99 starter deal for 4 starters. Niall provided brilliant service, very charismatic and charming. Atmosphere is great and lighting is nice.

Trainee staff needed better leadership.Evening meal overcooked,but not hot.Staff showed lack of interest in bar.Hotel itself was good and receptionist
