Despite the centralised booking appointment system, when you have to explain the purpose of the appointment months in advance to book it, and further confirmation of the attendance and explaining the purpose a week before the appointment with a member of staff, I wasted half a day, travelling time, parking charges, and 40 minutes wait to be seen for a pre-arranged appointment.
A branch representative told me that the euro currency accounts are no longer opened.
Total lack of professionalism in the service, with an inability to stick to the appointment time booked months in advance.

We went into Barclays on Friday 29/08 to sort out an ongoing issue that has been causing some distress to my family (large amout of missing money). Janet was extremely helpful, kind and patient. We felt listened to and supported during our visit. Janet was very transparent during the process and forthcoming with the information to put us at ease. We were able to finally resolve our issue and we are grateful for Janet?s hard work.

Went into the branch and spoke with a lovely lady called Katie, she kindly helped me with my account .Nothing was to much trouble , she help sort out a couple of queries . Would definitely recommend if you go into the branch the staff members will help you out as much as they can .

I came in for a simple number change and Janet from the Customer care department was able to walk me through managing the app and several other aspects of my account that I needed help with. She was professional, kind and patient. Couldn't of asked for a better experience considering banks give me a lot of anxiety. Really made me feel good choosing Barclays as my bank.
