“Had my car booked in for a creaking noise through the steering, with RAC Warranty. they had the car for over 2 weeks as they were not sure exactly where the noise was coming from. in the end they put a new steering rack on and greased every thing for me. the car is now like a new car, it drives like a dream and better than anything no creaking noise. thank you sandy lane for all your patience and understanding and repairing my vehicle. i couldn't be happier.Andrea Rothwell”

“I booked my car in online for MOT the next day, having tried two independent garage more local to me, both of which had waiting times of two weeks. The guys on reception were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, even though they were evidently very busy and juggling messages and tasks. They explained they were a bit behind and that the MOT would be done in about 90 minutes and they would contact me to let me know. They got back in touch on time and advised me the car had passed with no issues. I picked it up about an hour later, paperwork was ready and they passed me my key and thanked me for using them. Even though I’d only been once before about 8 years previously I felt as though I was a regular customer! Really positive professional service and cheerful to boot, highly recommended.”
