We felt listened to and supported during our visit. Janet was very transparent during the process and forthcoming with the information to put us at ease. We were able to finally resolve our issue and we are grateful for Janet’s hard work.”

Staff were very welcoming despite clearly being very busy, could not offer an appointment for another 2 hours but we're very helpful and reassuring (I don't make large transfers often so was nervous about it) and helped me at the cashier desk instead. Very efficient and sorted with no problems.

“Just want to say thanks to the lads working there today. I rang up as I was in desperate need of diesel for my car, and as a health care worker, I REALLY needed it! They said no problem after I showed my badge and let me use the hgv pump. It was tricky and I didn't get as much as I wanted but I now can go to work in my car. Thanks guys. Absolute legends. ??”

“You rarely get the good service these days but yesterday evening a member of staff at the store (around 7.00pm) name John was very helpful indeed. He went out of his way to help me wiht the self service and also pack my bags. It is worth calling out when you get exceptional service. It doesnt cost much to do. It makes your shopping experience all that much better and the number of people you tell - well goes along way. Well done John ! Hope your managers see this ....Happy Customer :-)”

“Excellent products, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere! As I walked onto the premises, I was immediately greeted with big smiles and loving voices. I made my way around the store and felt submerged in the large range of products available! However, unable to find the tomato ketchup, I had to ask the staff for assistance. They couldn't have helped more! I'm no time at all, I was holding the bottle just visualising it spread all over my lovely dinner. I made my was to the counter and the transaction was quick. With full regret I left the store, I could've stayed for hours. The store definitely made my day and I return rather frequently now. Good job staff! Tres bien!”

The shop provides good selection of items with the delicious bakery products.However, said bakery goods have been increasing in price over time. What started as £1.35 has now turned into £1.65 chocolate cookies for no apparent reason since the product is exactly the same.Still, I recommend this establishment for good staff, wide selection and mostly fair prices.”

“I would just like to share my experience using this store, I take my mum shopping here 3 or 4 times a week. The store is always clean, usually has everything we need. I would particularly like to mention the staff, always friendly and helpful but I would especially like to mention the lady that is usually on the wide lane checkout, I think her name is Andrea (sorry if im wrong) but anyone who uses this store will know her as always having a smile on her face, always friendly and totally professional. I think its important to recognise the good people as the general public are very quick to complain about the bad.?”

“I always do my weekly shop here and I rarely have any issues. The staff are great, it's generally well stocked. Opening hours are good and even at its busiest it's easy to shop here. There's probably a better range at some other places but for day to day this place has everything needed. Free parking for 2 hours and never had a problem getting a space.”

“I visited the BP petrol station in Heaton Mersey recently and was thoroughly impressed with the M&S shop inside. The forecourt and shop were very clean and well-maintained which i like to see. The M&S store inside was fully stocked with a great range of products and excellent availability, a bit on the expensive side for somethings but i did manage to get my hands on the strawberries and cream sandwich! I got speaking to the manager & he was extremely polite and helpful. He offered a loyalty card at the till for next time. Overall, Highly recommend!”

“A small well stocked Shell garage. Don't be fooled by the Spar, Starbucks and other logos, it's a tiny shop. But overall I would call and get fuel from here if passing.”

“Five stars! Conveniently situated in the centre of Heaton Moor with the added bonus of a good-sized car park. It's a small branch but you only need wait a couple of minutes for counter service, and there are also ATM's.Staff are very helpful and friendly - special thanks to Kev for doing a great job sorting out some complex items for us. And well done Natwest for maintaining the only bank branch in Heaton Moor - it's up to us to use it or lose it!!”
