Hi Wonderful Workers. .I want to thank all of you for the care, time, kindness, efforts, assistance, and warm welcome you all gave this woman from Down Under.
The service and help given when,severely jet lagged and the world was spinning. The love and understanding you showed , especially the poor lads,who had no idea who this strange talking woman was from?? Your Shop was a real community and you cared for all with good humour and patience. I am so grateful for everything.
The day spent sorting flowers xx The bag from home to stop me dropping everything,the arm to hold, always there , always to help.
Thankyou so very very much. A wonderful group of staff who are there to help you with everything.
PS. Any jobs for an older Aussie chick??? Please let me know??

Bought 20 small cypress plant around 4 weeks ago £4 each? half of them have died ????.. I still have receipt , won?t be buying plants from there again? and recommend people avoid buying also..

Popped for a few bits but wanted some hanging baskets mainly fuschi, the state of them was shocking, dried out mostly dead, what a waste, obviously not been looked after ?

Have to say not impressed with the lady at the till. First, the belt was filthy and there was a huge puddle of suds or something on it. I was expecting her to use some kitchen roll as they often do to clean the belt. Nope. As I looked at it and held my groceries she just ran the belt past. I put mine on the cleanest part I could find before the wet suds came back around for the next person.
I did speak to her saying hope your day is going well. I think she may have grunted at me.
I had a knapsack to carry my groceries home. To keep from holding up others, I was going to put my groceries in the basket and pack my knapsack later. But no, this one barked at me three times "basket under the belt, basket under the belt, basket under the belt". I dropped kicked it under the belt for her and proceeded to carefully pack my knapsack.
I did ask if Asda taught please and thank you at till school but I think it went over her head.
I appreciate staff is hard to find but this was exceptionally unwelcome behaviour.

Great shop, dire checkout service. Will avoid on a Saturday afternoon.Just two tills in forcing everyone to use self service which queue is snaking round the aisle! Terrible

Not good customer experience again this afternoon. The Lady running self scan was too busy chatting to what appeared to be friends , and wasn't awhere what was going on around her as she had her back to us and didn't know we were waiting for assistance, had to go to her to ask for help .. This just sums up how bad it can be .. Maybe it's best to give this store a miss ..

Don't shop here normally and it's difficult to find things in a strange store. It felt run down and grubby.
