The store is fine and the staff are very polite but my star rating is for the pounds not points system for the last 2 months they haven?t done anything to increase customers into the stores what's going on with your app please sort this out as nector points are in a better relationship with Sainsbury's customers at this stage thanks..

Not been in before thought I?d give it a try the shelves were empty across the store products were missing price tickets when I asked how much the steaks were the man just said I don?t know they?ll tell you at the till, the clothing department was really good and tidy but unfortunately and didn?t go in for clothes, products I couldn?t buy included steak 1 litre semi skimmed milk uncle bens savoury chicken rice flavoured sparkling water apart from lemon and lime and Asda pilsner lager. On reaching checkouts self scan only the till wouldn?t take my £20 note a girl came across examined it closely then after several attempts got it to work work then walked off muttering I must be stupid. I will not be going back to that store

I used the self checkout today (Sunday) and was helped by a kind and helpful shop assistant called Ross. I have mobility issues and use 2 crutches. He offered to scan my shopping but I said I was okay. As I had quite a lot of shopping He packed my bag for me. He then offered to take it to the car. As I find it hard to accept help when offered I said no I'd manage .He was insistent that he carried it as it was heavy. He coaxed me into letting him do this in a way that didn't make me feel useless. Thank you so much for your help. It was greatly appreciated as I would have struggled. I did ring the store to say a huge thank you to him. I hope my thank you got passed on to Ross and his management made aware of their thoughtful, helpful worker. ?

I got refused one bottle of alcohol that was in my weekly shop, i'm 51 years old, because my 21 year old son was with me shopping with no ID she took it off me, does this mean we have to shop alone from now on ?? Do I tell me 21 year old son to wait for me in the car ? absolutely ridicules

When you google ?late night pharmacy near me? and then drive 5 miles to find out they are closed and the Asda staff member said ?oh yeh they need to update google it?s wrong on there? then you?ve had a wasted journey and you still feel unwell and now upset!!
