You rarely get the good service these days but yesterday evening a member of staff at the store (around 7.00pm) name John was very helpful indeed. He went out of his way to help me wiht the self service and also pack my bags. It is worth calling out when you get exceptional service. It doesnt cost much to do. It makes your shopping experience all that much better and the number of people you tell - well goes along way. Well done John ! Hope your managers see this ....Happy Customer :-)

Rude manager. Rude staff. Had an incident where the manager tried to intimidate me in the shop, snatched the basket of us and told us we were barred from all asda in stockport. Im so angry. Will never shop at this asda again.

Rude staff, rude security. Horrendous place. You wipe your feet coming out. The security think they are gods, The workers need to smile. The hot food is atrocious, dry and chewy. What that place needs is a good wrecking ball.

Great little Asda. Staff are always super helpful. Special mention for the manager she?s great, and Linda and Mary who mostly man at the kiosk when I shop.

Ok .you do have to look at the price tickets .cos they dont always have the right ticket underneath the item so if you dont read the price you could be caught out at the till

Very small so it won?t have a lot of what you need. They do sell chilled alcohol however, and it stays open an hour later than the larger Asda in Reddish

Doesn?t help the parking issue when the store security guard parks in a Parent/child space for the whole of his shift when normal spaces are available.

Came in yeasterday was very shocked the fact there was 1 staff member on and she had to work behind the cigarette counter tills and self check out. Went to pay at self check out and it was very busy the staff member that was behind the counter was very under pressure Another staff member came from the back to help her for like 2 minutes then walked off she had blonde hair think she was a manger. When she walked off it was so busy I was in the store at 11.04am the girl that was working was amazing and she is a credit to Asda.
