I would just like to share my experience using this store, I take my mum shopping here 3 or 4 times a week. The store is always clean, usually has everything we need. I would particularly like to mention the staff, always friendly and helpful but I would especially like to mention the lady that is usually on the wide lane checkout, I think her name is Andrea (sorry if im wrong) but anyone who uses this store will know her as always having a smile on her face, always friendly and totally professional. I think its important to recognise the good people as the general public are very quick to complain about the bad.?

Rude staff and Over Priced, enquired that an item was twice the price compared to other Asda stores, to be rudely told by a member of staff (chewing gum while talking to me) that all Asda stores have their own prices

Appalling customer service, staff too busy having chit chats about their personal lives and ignorong customers. Security scared my 6 year old and tried to intimidate me and the manager doesn't care what is going on under her nose. How these people manage to get a job is very surprising!

Poorly restocked shelves. Recently they have pallets all over the shop floor like a warehouse. Limited options for many products. Helpful staff it has to be said but again, poor managers.

Minimal stock on many goods when I?ve been on multiple occasions. Unsure if there is a staffing issue as pallets left out with stock but not on the shelves. The selection for a superstore is disappointingly limited, especially with freezer section. Staff are friendly and only redeeming factor

Don?t expect to get a pizza! On two occasions I have been here specifically to have a pizza made both times I had a poorly written sign thrust into my face explaining they won?t be making the pizzas? It was so rude how it was done, disgusting! On the second occasion that same member of staff straight after that seemingly had the time to have a conversation with what seemed to be a friend even looking my way laughing. I attempted to make a formal complaint at customer services and was told they have no complaint forms left, not surprising reading these reviews. I will be pursuing this with the head office as I felt the behaviour was discriminatory.

The free from items are very hard to get a hold of in this store and they don't stock rotate properly. Such a let down.

Will never shop at this store ever again, pallets left in every isle meaning you can't get to the shelves and you can get to the shelves there usually empty, most of the staff are rude and seem miserable, then there's the creepy security guards who spend most of their time looking at females and there backsides, and chatting them up, dont let your wifes, partners and daughters shop alone here, and watch out for the guy at the checkouts.
